I have been working with Cynthia for the past 2 years, after my life was turned upside down from grief and despair. Cynthia has walked with me, coached, and guided me in navigating the tortuous journey of Grief. Thanks to her Wisdom, and enlightenment I am now in a better place to move forward, with the tools I needed to continue this journey and to thrive.

Cynthia has been coaching me as a founder and leader of a Widows’ Ministry, and in getting ready to launch a Widows’ Ministry at my church. She encompasses all that a Coach stands for. Her communication skills are outstanding. She has the heart to help others heal and grow, and does so with a respectful approach, active listening skills, and an insightful and innate ability to connect with and understand others. She is deeply knowledgeable in the areas of grief, trauma, and despair. Goal setting is certainly a skillset of hers, proven in all the goals she has set for herself and achieved, as well as her success with launching and maintaining multiple businesses and programs. She creates a coaching environment of hope and encouragement, and she holds others accountable in a loving way.
